These Have I hated

These Have I hated

A Poem by She comes, when I call her Buttons.
"

Poetry from my imagininary perspective on what I would feel, holding my first born child for the very first time.

"

These have I hated

As I look into your eyes,

smile so bright,

Laughter so innocent.

You are my one true light

You came into my life,

small and pure.

Who I looked into those

Beautiful eyes

I knew you were my cure

The love we have will aways

be there.

I want you to be happy,

No self doubt or fear.

Life, for you

will make you wonder why

people will hurt you

and make you feel crushed inside

But don't you worry,

My Dearest Child

Author's Note

She comes, when I call her Buttons.
Thought it would be fun to try and write from a perspective said to be one of the best feelings.
