i dont even know if this makes sense but i write to speak when i have no words...

Its always hard to say goodbye

but even harder when you don't get to try

one moment, saying a friendly "hello"

and the next... we'll never know

your poem reminds me of the day my sister moved to another country, I was too angry to give her a genuine farewell, She was my house hold friend. (the sibling you go to when you are in trouble.) so your poem paints quite amazingly her departure. I am starting to hate you for telling me how big of an as*eh*** I was. =)

I think, your thought is commensurable to the love or good times you had with that certain person. But I like to give such people the benefit of the doubt, may be their phone was mugged or may be their phone book got corrupted, "It is a mistake."
"ah! it's I must have said something wrong."
I have tried to make amends with such people.
Its easier if they are blood related.

some messages are silent. I have suggested you told me i am a a*****e, what I meant was, your words reminded me that I was once an a*****e. You might have played a victim according to this poem, But i played the cruel charachter. It is a good poem.

The first two lines can be seen at a very morbid angle. They to me describes death. So who is the victim the dead human or the alive person thinking about him. In my opinion the the alive person mourning is the victim. He/she has to go through life knowing he/she who were close died

but if I were to look at it in a normal angle, I see a victim who is affected by a person who has forgotten the victim, may be an x lover.

i may be bullshitting out here but the bottom line is it is a good poem and one that i might never forget

in my situation it was't like that...a friend decided to drop me and id never experienced anything like that so i was in a mood...i only found out when he didnt know who i was after texting him...GOOD TIMES ;)

Yeah i must admit. I've went to review some poets only to find they've blocked me. Which i don't mind if I've offended them. But usually it's the first time I've come across them. Maybe that's why they blocked me. I didn't review them quick enough. lol
