If i were ruler of the world,

well just explaining if i were ruler of the world.. this is another kids poem ..... hope you like it

If I were Ruler of the world,

“If I were ruler of the world,”

I'd make some changes fast.

I'd say” The ruler's always first!

“ If I were ruler of the world,”

People would bow down to me.

If you talked about me,

You would get thrown to my pet ale gators.

Their wating for you.

“If I were ruler of the world,”

My little brother would be last.”

“Because the rulers always first!”

It is a nice little poem. Of course, as we grow older, we find that kings and queens aren't commonly used for a reason. Kids don't thing that kings and queens would abuse their power, and cheat the commoners. In fact, kids are better in a lot of ways in that sense. Kids don't start racist, kids don't start sexist. Kids don't start mean, kids don't start nice. It is the the elders that make them who they are. There is far too much hate among teenagers and adults towards futile things that hardly make sense. It was nice when siblings were the top of my worries, now I find that the world is much crueler, and being bombed by people who never knew me is a more realistic threat.

IF is a big little word. But its a word used alot, especially by children. I think children use if because they have a positive view of the future. To a kid anything can happen.
