It was a wonder how something so sweet

That something so inncocent
Destroyed so many
That a red heart
Resulted in red blood

Secret meetings
Public beating
One is leaving

But when he returns
To rescue his one true love
He finds her lying in her tomb
Taken from above

But little did this he know
That his future wife was only putting on a show
He was so distraught
That he downed the poison
Without a second thought
There he lay still
For he had taken this poisonous pill

And when his beloved woke
To see the man whom she had come to love

Was poor Romeo

She couldn't take it

So her own life
She would steal
She plunged the dagger
in so deep

We all would keep
