dark road

dark road

A Poem by Jillian Alexis

This road is dark and winding,

As the last light fades from the summer sky

being chased by shadows, we are left to our own devices

To stay in the right lane is safe,

but i find we are tempted by the left,

heightening our chances of fate

I cant help but think that if this were to be the end,

atleast I am here with you,

for now we continue onward

Nice write, you've well demonstrated the life in a suite of Road. Here in the life, there's too many lights and too many nights. Up and Downs're the key functions in the life in everyone's life. How to move on whether it's a light or a dark nights with some faith you've nicely structured thorough the piece. Words're realistic and appurtenant to everybody sitting over there and reading the life and walking alone on the path of journey. That's all i got from here, An incredible imaginary by you.
