It's my time

And I keep  asking myself so many questions

 

 

I thought I was strong but life just showed me the truth

 

 

I have too much to learn and I’m not surprised.

 

 

I’m only 25 and these challenges that are thrown at me are just…

 

 

so hard…

 

 

Sometimes I just don’t know how to deal with certain situations.

 

 

But there are those that tell me how it truly should be

 

 

They help me open my eyes and my mind

 

 

We chill and talk and yea we feel high

 

 

And I’m grateful for the ones that still open their doors to me

 

 

Because I don’t know where I would be if I had no one to talk to about my problems

 

 

I’m not perfect and I keep telling myself to just chill

 

 

But love takes over my emotions everytime

 

 

I am in love. I truly love him with everything that I have.

 

 

I don’t care about being judged because I refuse to hide my feelings.

 

 

Because I know most know with what I’m dealing.

 

 

You can keep stabbing my heart as much as you can but I will still be there.

 

 

You ask me if it’s fair. But at the end of it all, I still care.

 

 

But don’t get it twisted because I’m still doing me.

 

 

I did everything I could do for you and now it’s my time.

 

 

Just like now…here I am writing on this paper as I drink my wine.

 

 

This is me. Only me doing what I desire.
