Anger

Anger

A Story by Wyrn Tiger

I feel it inside me, red hot and ready to boil to the surface. My fists are curled, my mouth open, baring my fangs, to yell and deliver a sharp bite. I am a monster. My anger makes me a monster. I have to release it, have to stop playing nice. It's time to get my claws out. Scratch, claw, bite, scream, just let it out. Tired of seeing the bark fly of the trees I hit. It's time for blood. I don't want anyone to get hurt, but  all this anger inside has been boiling for a while. I'm tired of holding back, tired of hiding the monster inside of me behind this fake smile. I feel it. I know its power, I feel the rage inside of me bubbling forth, every day growing. I must bare my fangs. I have to let it out. I can't fight it anymore.

Wow this is amazing! Love the imagery and repetition towards the end!
