Winter Is Coming

Winter Is Coming

A Poem by jordanfrancisco

autumn leaves
the red, yellow, green
the lack of sunscreen
the newly woven sweater
the not too chilly weather
all vanish once the cold
breaches through the fragile barrier
winter twigs
the white, black, blue
the lack of running shoes
the expensive winter coat
the frozen in place boat
are now here to stay
