above the sun

above the sun

A Poem by joshua deathdealer

"
High above this charade of lies
A battlefield wages that surpasses mindsets

                                               Here the Creator's adoration reaches
Past the limbo that captives us

To where who we were meant to be resides

A place untouched by the atramentous acroamatics
Of many centuries of self generated cycles

Gently nudging, He is trying to awake the willing

                                              Those who haven't forgotten

                                              That

                                              Angels fly above the sun

You have not only used your brush to paint in my mind this morning you have expanded my vocabulary with exellent and perfect word choice. I like that it is not forced as I often see with unusual words. The fact that those particular choices are the only words that aptly describe your message even more intrigiung and display a depth of mind that is fascinating. Thank You for the read request. Always fullfilling reading your work.

This is rich in metaphysical imagery and ideas, I love the ending, and also this theme. Great job :)

An intriguing piece. Loved the ending:

"He is trying to awake the willing
Those who haven't forgotten
That
Angels fly above the sun"

It's always amazing how big this universe is, and how powerful it is, and how powerful the God who made it is, and most of all how small we are within it . . . our whole human race is less than a flyspeck upon the cosmic canvas. It's absolutely staggering

Joshua, this is a adorable poem. The poem opened up so much imagery/memory, this part here did that for me, (( that surpasses mindsets )) Makes me wonder when the human race will have a mind button, and in the on position, its like oh ok, this is better, lol... Love this, thank you, much appreciated... WS, the Conductor of the Poetry E Train...

Amazing. Every time I come back to the cafe I am amazed by the leaps and bounds I see in your writing. This is truly breath-taking.

You are able to write in a very 'grand' way, I am not sure just how you do it, but I've noticed this.

My eyes were opened to that trueth a long time ago. Now I simply struggle to walk the path. I enjoyed this.
