Chapter 75

Chapter 75

A Chapter by Jemma Packman

Indigo asleep on her couch. Priscilla sat in a chair watching TV. Summer enters and says "How is she?"

Priscilla says "Sleeping."

Summer kisses Indigo's forehead then looks at Priscilla. "Did you get her drunk?"

"Me? No. The wine and the rest of the alcohol did." Summer shakes her head and sits on the floor by Indigo's head. "Can I ask you something?"

"If I say no will you ask anyway?"

"Yep."

"What?"

"If you'd seen Indigo at her engagement party, what would you have done?"

"She told you about that?"

"Yep. Would you have broke it up?"

"No."

"The f**k? You love her."

"All I've ever wanted is for Indi to be happy. If she was happy with someone else, it'd kill me but I wouldn't ruin that."

"That's stupid. You should be selfish when it comes to s**t like that."

"Love should be selfless."

"Dude, you're such a girl."

Indigo says "Luckly for me. Although, I'd still love you if you were a guy."

Indigo runs her fingers through Summer's hair. "I can't see it."

Summer says "Me as a guy?"

"That's a thought. But no. I can't see Indigo falling for a guy."

Indigo says "Why not?"

"Parts."

"Parts?"

"Yeah. Even if a guy had the greatest personality, you still have to look at them and think 'I want to f**k that'. I know you would see a dick and feel sick. You couldn't do it. Wrong equipment."

"What about you? You've slept with both."

"And all the women I've slept with have looked like guys, and they always did me.  Don't get me wrong, I've had s**t sex with both genders but there's something about a guy I find more attractive." Priscilla stands up and walks over to Summer and Indigo. "I'd still do both of you."

"No way. You've slept with my brother."

"Be like that. Now there's no bedtime kisses for you."

"I think I can cope."

Priscilla kisses Indigo. "You know you can't resist me. Night."

"Night."

Priscilla kisses Summer's forehead. "You, I'll be dreaming of. I've got an image of you as a guy in Daffy Duck boxers in my head that needs something doing about it."

Summer says "Please stop talking, and remember you have a boyfriend."

"Guy you, and Gaz, and me? Even better. Sweet dreams."

Priscilla goes upstairs. "She stays here?"

Indigo says "Not often. Is that a problem?"

"No, she's funny. Twisted, but funny."

"You ok?"

"Shouldn't I be asking you that?"

"Nope. Would you really have let me be with Noya?"

"You heard that?"

"Yeah. So, would you?"

"You heard what I said."

"You're too sweet. How did you stay single?"

"Circumstances. And I wasn't exactly myself."

"I honestly can't say what I would've done."

"Things work out how they're meant to in the end and we're together now, so does it matter?"

"No." Indigo kisses Summer. "Missed you today. How did it go with Meredith?"

"Missed you. It went. I'm sorry, I can't tell you anything other than she did want my files and I couldn't get her to lift your office ban."

"It's ok. I guess I do need time away from there."

"You can come to Ethan's game tomorrow, can't you?"

"Yes, I can. I can bring him home from school if you want?"

"Really?"

"Yeah. I'm there anyway. Careers week, remember?"

"S**t. I forgot. We're there together."

"You've had other things on your mind recently. How you dealing?"

"Well, I have a gorgeous girlfriend that keeps me distracted, so pretty good."

"That's great. Maybe you should thank your girlfriend?"

"How do you suggest I do that?"

"She's your girlfriend. You think about it."

Summer climbs on top of Indigo and kisses her neck. "Thank you, Indi, for being here for me."

"You can do better than that."

Summer kisses Indigo. "Even with Priscilla here?"

"You'll f**k a random stranger in the middle of a nightclub but this freaks you out?"

"Anyone, no. But her?"

"There's a lock on my bedroom door."

Summer jumps off the couch and lifts Indigo up. "Then let me show you how thankful I am."

Indigo kisses Summer. "You know the way, Princess."

Summer carries Indigo upstairs.
