Far away forgotten land

Far away forgotten land

A Poem by Jerry Patrick Ryan

There's many far away forgotten lands,
With golden pearls and cotton sands,
With rainbow roads and chocolate hams,
Where candy gummy bears walk and stand,
And watch the sugar bunnies hop again,
Or find lollipops shops that sends,
free sour pops to lots of friends,
If you want to be here that depends,
Just dream and see what happens,
A world full of giant beings,
That love frying lima beans,
And all different kinds of things,
With birds that soar with violent wings,
Their inner radar gives off silent pings,
Classified as flying kings,
And even teddy bears that cry and sing,
This is really a wild thing,
But my mind just keeps on piling,
As long as I keep smiling,
Need I mention the land of ascension, where every man and woman don't need to depend on a pension,
Where you can ride the sky to hide the tension, to for fill the thirst that you are quenching,
A thrill you seek a quest for an adventure, just got to be a great mind inventor,
This world is a thought or a dream or just a tale,
So don't let your mind become a rusty nail,
Imagine a world with no dust to inhale,
Or ducks the size of a giant blue whale,
White puffy clouds that you use to sail,
And everything stays fresh and never goes stale,
Where you can be the best and never fail..
