Finaly

A Poem by Samoda

Finally
It's a dark world; no I refute that with delight,
because your love didn't make me see stars it brought me to the light,
unending is this love, undying are these feelings,
so I'm sending you this love, hoping yours isn't receding,
I sat down with my hobbies, we had a long goodbye, told them I was gonna need the extra space in my head,
and when the room was vacant  I left roses on your bed,
trying to put in to words something unique to us... but I don't need to,
because you can feel how much my heart needs you.
consistent are the waves of my hearts ocean, sunrise sunset,
how long? 20 years? that's a dumb guess,
forever's safe to say, if we allow the lord to pave the way, through his amazing grace , you'll make me see my baby's face.
