thanks for the kiss

thanks for the kiss

A Poem by Judy McIntosh
"

a twist on a fairy tale in abcb

"
The Prince gently kissed her,
seven little hearts broke.
She opened her eyes
and quietly spoke.
'My sweet little Princes
who treat me so royal,
how can I leave
a friendship so loyal?'
She smiled at the Prince
whispered in his ear,
"Thanks for the kiss...
but I'm staying here"

I want to thank Lee for steering me here and you, for writing this. A wondrous, little poem. In the end, when the smoke has cleared, and the passion, has subsided, the main protagonist will always choose loyalty, over that fire.

Excellent/ piece.

Seven, a good number of hearts, a good number of Spanish angels, Seven a number to ring the Bells.then toss in the kiss, with a twist. Royal.
