Don't Write A Book, Become a Novel

Don't Write A Book, Become a Novel

A Poem by Jules

March 16, 2008 - Sunday

If I can’t write you a book
Maybe instead I’ll take a look
Find something I might not see
Find something you want to be

Right where I’m at
Is where I need you
Right where you are
Is how I see you

I realize it’s hard at the end of the day
I realize life sometimes gets in the way
So this I’ve come to conclude
I’ll endure it all, just to be with you
