Never thought of knowing someone like you

Someone who turned my gray skies to blue

You were just a nobody, never seen at first

But having met you, made my life burst

 

Nothing compares the happiness when I'm with you

Not a soul can take away the colorful hue

Coz you're the only one who puts a single smile in two

No one, nobody, just you...

 

You said that I brought the best in you

And I'm glad that I also turned your gray skies to blue

Seeing these wings leaves me a clue

Was I really an angel to you?

 

Time passed and you made me feel that way

You want me to believe these wings will forever stay

But challenges came and there you walked out of the door

And this angel in me bent down, it was such an outpour

 

Fate was too harsh, but I remained strong

And this I tell you, I don't want to see you cry

Coz baby it's only "see you later"

It will never be a goodbye...

 

I'm just here whenever you need a friend

As I always say..don't lose hope, don't lose faith

Coz even if life turns to hell

In me, you'll always have an angel...
