clouds or...

clouds or...

A Poem by Julie Butler
"

warming up, silly, rap-ish

"
Clouded with doubt
& I can't even doubt it
no matter how loud i shout when I shout it
I vow not to cowar
cause i'm not a coward
I'm a towered over flower
here to devour all these clouds or
be your next encounter
but to me you're just a downer
so for now i must get down sir
you can call me the announcer
cause i smoke too many ounces
of this sour cauliflower
with these powers I am sounder
than the moment that I found her
so she took apart my trousers
and she ate up my clam chowder
I get higher than a tower
every hour on the hour
& it's smelling up the place so i'll go smoke it in the shower

Excellent!
What a 'rap-ish' poetry i've read this day! Rap's always written with open language.. with much details & you express it well through rhythmic words. It's seemed, you've gathered few moments of your own real life in hands & gently liberated 'em in words... Nice imagery!
