Christian Slaved

Christian Slaved

A Poem by lynnet

They say "no condemnation for those who are in Him"
But it feels so wrong to sin...and then call upon Elo-Him
Its hard to admit when one is a slave to sin
But even worse to know that someone up there got to see
So tired of praying how much we want out
And the images in the mirror makes us have alot of doubt
We've got so much going on including our own faults
Searching our path in this mile that got so long
Saying"am sorry,i sinned"like a new type of song
Guilt just caught up-if we die now where will we go?
Gotta get our act together and be strong
B'coz deep down inside we know He died for our wrong
That to the father we may get to sit at the right
Deal with our weaknesses and battles get to fight
We need your light,,to get out of this corner
Its so dark...very dark it reminds us of our former
Clear the doubts,,frustrations and all of our transgression
That we pledge "innocent your honour"we found ourselves a donor
