Redemption: Denied.

Redemption: Denied.

A Poem by Kaito Asuke
"

I was really bored, and this came into mind somewhere somehow...

"

Fleeting temperance,

as lustful dreary eyes seek love,

the world darkens;

redemption denied.

Unawarded kindness falters,

as advaricous eyes seek prosperity,

the world darkens;

redeption denied.

Unjustified justice,

as envious eyes seek acceptance,

the world darknes;

redemption denied.

The unfaithful lose faith,

as lazy eyes seek progress,

the world darkens;

redemption denied.

The starving remain filled,

as gluttonous eyes seek pleasure,

the world darkens;

redemption denied.

The modest ones always win,

as prideful eyes do not seek others,

the world darkens;

redemption denied.

The unpatient wait,

as vengeful eyes seek retribution,

the world darkens;

redemption denied.

REDEMPTION: DENIED.

it's 2:30 am, and I haven't slept for nearly a 1 1/2 days...and this just randomly popped in my head, so forgive me if it sounds redundant or lame.

i really liked this, i don't think it was lame at all! and for something written half-asleep, it's quite good. i like the oxymorons like 'the unpaitent wait' and 'the starving remain filled'. you are a very good writer, this is great.

Those sometimes are the best writes. If I am to be denied or not, it is good work.
