ONE DAY

Hoping that love will find me soon

SOON ONE DAY

I’m here crying in my bed waiting for love to find me

Praying to hear someone to ask me if I'm ok

Things are tough and difficult yet I am surviving alone

For the first time in a long time I admit I’m sad and frown

 

Everything was out of hand and seems gray and slow

But I keep on praying things will change in a bit row

My mind is tired with thoughts scramble and fall

While heart is weak and ready to scream and let go

 

Confused and scared on what next chapter life will offer

Reminding myself to Trust God coz with Him I will not suffer

True love is hard to find in this city full of lights with colourful shadows

Hiding myself in a cage for a long time but now I’m ready to show

 

In this world full of lies and games with easy pain day by day

Hurting someone is so fast with a tiny actions and words to say

Sometimes I ask myself do I really belong in this country.

But I always say yes for it’s no other way but to stay

 

I deserve better much better than I thought I might be

I only want love from a good heart no matter whom maybe

With patience and prayers true love and happiness will be on its way

I know my true man that is meant for me will show up one day
