Lonely Soul

Lonely Soul

A Poem by Kalpit

When you walk up the stairs,
you will see the emptiness,
pass through the empty hall,
there exists the lonely soul..

Sometimes lying on the bed,
a million thoughts in the head,
lots of feelings, never shown,
that's why its called the lonely soul..

Does not have anyone to share,
broken heart, no one to care,
it may seem under grown,
when you see the lonely soul..

Seldom walk out from the room,
it also has a wish to groom,
often expects someone to call,
to displace the tag. . . . 'The Lonely Soul..'

Not sure if you intended it Kalpit, but their is, to my mind the suggestion of a very effective metaphor in your opening verse. Walking up stairs to the emptiness of the hall, parallels inviting the reader (or perhaps, a certain person) to be aware of and enter, the subject's (your?) lonely emotional interior.
