Dreams are made of these

Majestic rainbows adorning the sky,
Oh the butterflies fluttering by
our eyes enchanted by all we see
faeries dancing by the trees

Dolphins leaping in the sea
under bridges gently gurgling streams
Boats are passing nets are casting
While kids are chasing their dreams

Dandelions are waving
dancing on the embankment
from the ground
where all the little animals
are abound

as joyful springtime comes around

Faeries keeping a keen eye
to see if their wishes will fly
to that majestic rainbow in the sky.

First off I so adore the English spelling of faerie or fae. I am from the US and typically will us the English spelling because well it has a more romantic look to it.

I love it when dreams transport use to beautiful serene location that allow us to frolic and let go for just a moment. Love the details in this poem

Your poem describes a flight of fancy that contains many of my favorite things -- rainbows, butterflies, trees, & dolphins in the leaping sea. There's so much sparkling detail & variety in your poem, I felt it as a little bit of a bump when I saw "gurgling streams" used twice in two lines . . . just my pickiness shining thru . . . why repeat a description when you've obviously got a million fresh ideas? I love how this could be about springtime itself, or it could be a springtime state of mind (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie
