Inner Orchestra

Inner Orchestra

A Poem by Kathy Van Kurin
"

We carry Layers hidden which reveal their colors

"

Inner Orchestra

Inner musicality matters in own rhythm

This clicks along with the heart.

Silver rimmed soul percussion shining regardless of any circumstance.

What you feel what you mean declared.

Natural rhythm just right drum beat.

Memories of past experiences still speak within every streaming layer.

Thrumming humming pushing desire to keep trying,

Keep living our design, our imprint.

Our persons are rimmed a sandy beach of fine perfect sand twinkling from within.

They speak and join in our present life,

a river swirling within each lesson earned and treasured

With this much inner reality pushing against our souls we give it away whether we know it or not.

Our writings partly reveal who and what we are, just as our actions do. As for our private memories and feelings - when they affect other things and bring about some kind of action or reaction, then yes, they must reveal something to the onlooker, I would say. An interesting poem, nicely expressed!

I love this line of poetry. A snare drum of the soul that shines. Great metaphor.

There is a rhythm of life. A beat and cadence driving us all. Sometimes you dont need music to capture a moment. The environment is there to play backup. An inner collection we will treasure. Great work.
