Pain

A crushing fear clouds my senses.

I fear for the future,

And losing you.

I wonder what goes through your mind

When you think about me.

Four days later,

And I'm already afraid of what the future has to hold.

Our time together was perfect.

I was happy, always.

In your arms was the only place I wanted to be.

I wanted you.

I wanted you by my side always,

But you never were.

I gave you everything,

Trusted you my world,

And I never felt like you cared.

Seeing you was a rarity,

I could feel the distance growing between us.

Were you too ignorant to see

That I was falling away, falling out from under you?

sometimes, i think most, the quick ones come out best because we don't have time to censor the feelings in them. seems like you charted all the feelings and you knew more than he? hmmmm. all or nothing. sounds familiar. you have a gift of relating your feelings. Its like therapy for me.
