IT IS THAT MOMENT

That breeze you feel that's skimming past your skin

might be the one you've been waiting for in vain,

The wings of the lady bird buzzing past your ear

might be telling you that the moment is near,

The dust that has just crunched under your foot

is shouting for you to wake up and move;

There isn't any need for a special someone

or something to tell you that the moment is right here,

Life ain't waiting like a loving dear friend

with you taking your time and going on without a care,

Grab all moments at all times

cause this is the moment, the only one of its kind,

Know the essence that the present beholds

cause once it is gone, your laugh will be cold;

There are some things that cause us to weep

and too broken it seems to put it together with peace,

We look for moments when better it could be

and wait for the time when we'll actually be free;

And there are moments that we anticipate in wait

for something to happen that'll make it go away

You'd only be left with a clear sense

of what you'd to make it amongst men;

There ain't any magic that's waiting for you

and life ain't sitting with sugar coated cubes,

Time won't wait to present you with time

and you've gotta grab every moment and ride

the wave of opportunities that's waiting tonight,

And every moment that fills your lungs

is the moment for you, my son...
