Over You

One of two poems...the guy's side *Credit to my friends for starting this*

For me it wasn't the same,
Not quite as cool,
It got kinda lame.

I felt nothing at all,
I never knew that when I left,
You would take such a fall.

 

I never felt the same as you,
I knew I never would,
I'm sorry for ending it out of the blue,
But I knew it would be good.

 

 

Now I think about all we had,
And wish we could go back.

To a time that wasn't all bad,

And just leave it at that.

 

 

Now I think I understand,

Why I didn't want to see you fall,

I just want to kiss you and hold your hand,

Because I fell in love with you after all.

Aww, i think this was my favourite of the two but they were both good. It was a really cute idea and you captured both sides of the argument really well - i especially like the end. Good job!
