Sonnet 32

Sonnet 32

A Poem by K.M

Picking at pillow cases
I think I have taken all this too far
Naturally moving to darker places
While you are crying in your car

I am starting to tire of this
Seems as if we are all missing something
Our minds frequently turn to common illness
Consistent in consistently overthinking everything

Aren't we all looking to escape?
Turning to alcohol, turning to drugs
Stubbornness seems to be a constant mistake
Sometimes we need someone to love

But humanity has always been this way
We enjoy worrying ourselves to the grave

Do we really enjoy it or is it built into us I wonder. They say everybody has worries. I liked the rhyming. It was well done. :) stay inspired
