The Answer They Didn't Want

The Answer They Didn't Want

A Poem by Miss Kerri
"

Another terrible attempt at an alphabet poem.

"
A is for the answers
Backed away into the woods
Calling for someone to rescue them
Dancing to their own sad tunes
Everything seems unreal
Faster and faster people are wondering
Guessing when they will find the right answer
Hoping they were not forgotten themselves
Imaginations are slowly dying
Jumping dreams are sitting down
Kicking and screaming rises
Losing hope is resurfacing
Many are wishfully wondering
No one is responding
Opportunities are fading
Purposes in life are dying
Questions are on the rise
Responses are nonexistent
So many people have been thrown into the well
To leaving them with unanswered questions
Understandings have been exiled
Victories have been misplaced
Wonders are buried
eXtraordinary thoughts are racing through minds
Yet, all because no one got the answer they wanted

Nice idea. Guess the 'x' got away from you, huh? :P Well written, however!

Zilly exercises help zee brain dear. You worked with what you had. I am, as they say, "a divine inspiration" poet, and resist any and all attempts to cram things into any preordained form - so I get ya - good effort.:)
