Casualties after a relationship

it seems as if you are lost at a flow of your own thoughts,

flowing freely yet you are trapped inside your own mind.

The tunnel inside is running too long,

you wonder when it will last,

When you will see the bright light again,

and when will you walk out in the sun.

The whole world,

isn't as big as it seems,

as it is only as vast as our dreams,

your mind trapping the world.

Now as you look so forlorn,

and careworn,

You never stopped and turned,

or looked around,

when you had a soul waiting,

for your slightest hitch,

tinniest discomfort.

Yet you moved on,

without another thought,

and now..

when it is too late,

and you look back,

look back and wonder,

you see me across a burned bridge,

I can only wave to you and say,

Hello Lonely....
