The Infinite Dream

Again another poem in the Dream series

I heard my heart,
Slip through it's place,
all the way down,
when you left me..

I hurt my heart.
when you said you had to leave,
It slumped down,
down in the world of darkness and gloom

I wait for you,
Today, Everyday,
To see you, to hear you,
To admire the beauty of you

I know we can't be together
We are not made for each other,
Not together, never,
Yet Longing for each other

Far apart,
Yes we are,
Yet we dare to dream
Dare to share the dream
Love that dream

Though that can't be real
Won't be real
Hurts us, leaves us longing
hoping that, if only
if only it were real.

Eh! This is tragic and definitely deals with the longing of an incomplete love according to me, for me...the poem is about a dream, where you found the person of your love and as soon as you were approaching towards her...you found that she was an illusion, and only in dreams you could stay with her.


"I wait for you,

To admire the beauty of you" - These lines are most beautifully written according to me.
