moonlit

moonlit

A Poem by AKhaus

Moonlit shade, how the feelings begin to fade.
Moonlit light, how the feelings cease with every empty night.
Moonlit fire, how the end is here along with all such desire.
Moonlit water, how the phase of the moon stumbles forward as the waves fold under.
Moonlit wind, how the gasping breath of a lover comes to an end.
Moonlit earth, how the touch slips away only to find another.
