Asking myself why, but realized God gave me this sign.

Even when I’m alone,

I feel the warmth of my sadness.

Enjoying the company of my own,

Where there’s solace in darkness.

It sounds as though the speaker is one who has come to see the value of solitude. Not everyone is so fortunate. Even if the solitude is accompanied by sadness it is a far better lot than loneliness, which can occur even in the midst of a crowd.

Short and sweet. Sometimes we do complain why we are left alone but if we introspect we can actually enjoy our own company and find pleasure in this loneliness. Well the speaker here realises this and does not complain but treasure this gift is the part that I loved the most..☺️
