getting you to love me is my greatest achievement

When my hair has become as grey as ashes
And the smooth of my skin has been replaced by wrinkles
When most of my teeth have fallen off
I will look back to the times I spent with you
.....
When my muscles have lost their strength
And my youthfulness has been replaced by old age
When I've become overcame by Alzheimer's
And my lucidity fails me
When I look back on my life
I'll cherish the times I spent with you
.....
When arthritis has enslaved my body
And the pain has driven me to bed
When I close my eyes in pained sleep
Your love will give me relief
....
My love, when my nostrils draw their last breath
And my heart plays its last beat
Just before I take my last bow
Before the curtain finally closes
I want to be in your arms
.....
I'll look up to God n I'll smile
I'll say to him
"Let's go man! I lived the dream
I'm ready, I'm in the arms of my love
Take me now"

Beautiful write! Goodness I really hope the person in this poem doesn't get afflicted with all those complaints at the end of his life.But his saving grace was his love and he could go peacefully to his maker!
