Haunted

I wrote this before I started dating my super amazing bf. It's about a guy I was close to.

Caught between two:

One haunting, but alive.

The other there and tangible.

 

The first is a ghost.

Nothing but a memory.

A figure in his thoughts.

She left long ago.

She injured his mind.

 

The second willing to help,

While seeking help herself.

Loving him completely.

Not scared to stay.

Never wanting to hurt him.

 

If only he could choose.

If only he could love again.
