Kidnap

Me & 1 of my good friends were messing around and saying all this stuff and I just kept thinking about how fun it was talking to him and I decided I would never forget it. so I made a poem about it :)

Okay so today
I decided to rob a bank
I stole a cop car
And yes I got away
I got the money for you
Of course I will get some too
You tell me to share it
When I ask what I should do
Whats next on my list
What else should I get
Its time to kidnap
This you wont forget
Im gona kidnap you
But what else could I do
I guess its time for torture
But only cuz you told me to
How will I do this
Ill make you a promise
Im not giving you back
And ill seal that with a kiss
Now Im on the run
Haha that was fun
You know Im just joking
But still dont tell no one ;)

Interesting poem. It's encouraging to see someone so prolific and eager to learn more about poetry.

It was funny and entertaining. Eventually though you may come to a point when you do need to rhyme anymore, and find the images naturally flow through your bones.

Try to explain the image you see immediately in your head, rather than using a rhyme to make the words fit like a good math equation. And for goodness sake read e.e. cummings and william carlos williams. They'll teach you to sketch beauty with images.

A nice humorous poem with a good ending. I was kidnapped when I was young. My brother took me to my room and held me in LOL
