Confessions From A Hotel Room

Confessions From A Hotel Room

A Poem by Cas Murray

if you’re not something

you’re nothing

my ribs scream out

for someone to touch me

because when I’m bare skinned

between sheets

I feel like I’m something

Surely you are something, lonely and singular though you may be. Your poem cries out for a soft touch an appreciation and of the willingness to love. Very nicely done.

Take care - Dave

Bare sheet and lonely sheet. Needy place to know. Thank you Cas for sharing the amazing poetry.

Wow! This really speaks of the mentality of someone in need, even if it means ignoring her dignity. A story much too prevalent I'm afraid. You did this great.
