Three things of four

Three things of four

A Poem by Koeseki

Silent evils dance like fire,
Blacker than darkness,
Brighter and sweet,
Salt breaks my desire.

Window's wake of colored brine,
The undertaker's pleasant chime,
Sour business, sweet to hold,
Great bitterness the mother old.

Oak speaks a song, a sigh,
In loneliness, it sways the wind,
Though, in brother's shade, it does lie,
It moans of bitter sweet revenge.

oh i enjoyed this thoroughly.. i bit like stacked haiku, without it actually BEING haiku of course. i like the three snapshots that seem very separate, yet have a theme of natural things, and of bitter lessons leanred twirled throughout.

novel presentation, as well.. bit like a painted triptych.. wonderful

Interesting, I suppose. Different. I don't really get what it's specifically about. It flows okay though and rhymes well. Though in a way maybe that makes it less creative. Still I like it. Keep writing.
