About Her

To be honest all this time I've admired her

   But there's one reason that I fear to tell

Sometimes, I just think it'll all go good

   Then again, things could just make me feel like hell

She's a unique, one of a kind girl

   There are just so many things of her I adore

The multiple hours we could talk

   They all leave me wanting more

There's something special about her

   She's got that special look in those deep, brown eyes

Still, I haven't been able to admit that to her

   No matter how hard I try

I wish every day that she could know

   But I guess I'm just scared of goodbyes

To me her personality is perfect

   A playful nature to tie it all together

Whenever She and I see eye to eye

   I feel as if I'm in an Aether

I could feel at my lowest the rain pouring down

   Once she speaks it'll be sunny, and suddenly changes the weather

I pray in my heart one day I'd be able to tell her

   But I guess it's just the fear of losing a close friend

Everytime I look her in the eye I know the reason

   I fear a friendship going to end

Girls are undoubtedly the best subject to write about, they fill you up so much with emotions and inspiration and then something beautiful like this piece of writing comes out of you. Amazing what a girl can do to you huh? I really enjoyed reading this and im pretty sure there is plenty of people out there that agree when i say that It has happened to them, including me, this is really good, i enjoyed reading it and the words just have a flow, the stanzas in general, keep it up!

Very sweet, well written poem. I really liked it. :)
One part that I think was a little forced was:
"The multiple hours we could talk
They all leave me wanting more
Of our months of multiple hours of talking"
The first and last lines are repetitive, and it just sounds a bit...off. While reading, it made me stop, which was a distraction from the good flow you had from the beginning.
Either way, glad I stumbled upon this, it's real nice.
