Wind chimes Speak Louder Than You

Wind chimes Speak Louder Than You

A Poem by elani

Wind chimes speak louder than you.
Single notes carry words, dancing on the
   toes of a tumbling breeze.
Like water falling; a drip of reflection
   hurdles toward the sodden soil.
The surface disrupted remarks impressions
   left boldly behind.
Lean with me -- as if struck by such audible Noise.

Oh, the NOISE -- the NOISE -- the NOISE!!!
Have I heard what the Noise has had to say?
Believe the NOISE!

Wind chimes feel the thrust, the echo, and the strike.
Drops feel the pull, the fall, and the strike.
                       Strike up and Speak!
Speak with Noise,
Make Noise with Speak!
You say nothing.
Do you think anything?

Speak louder than the wind chimes
that speak louder than you.

You think, So speak.
