When I have fountain pens instead of fingers

And music inside my tongue

Then and only then will I write lyrics

And sing all the songs that can be sung

Dear Laura,

This is a beautiful poem. And the imagery and word choice is excellent. One suggestion only, in the line "And sing all the songs that can be sung", while I don't know exactly what message you're trying to impart, you might consider "And sing all my songs that can be sung", because it seems to me that you are really talking about YOUR songs, not ALL THE SONGS.
