Merry Humbug Christmas 2008

 Everyone knew who hated the Holidays; it was Leon

If it were up to him, Santa, he would pee on

But his sweet Noel had the Spirit bad

Their house was decorated like Christmas was a fad

Contest or no, it was a nice poem, dispite the fact that someone would want to urinate on santa, that's just nasty. Very Very good piece and very enjoyable to read.

Laura, you have to follow the syllable rule:

Line 1 has 7 syllables; line 2 has 5 syllables; line 3 has 7 syllables; line 4 has 5 syllables.

Can you revise your poem so it follows the rules and doesn't get disqualified?
