FILL THE ROOM

Have you sat in a room

Filled with people

People that you know

People that you tell everything to 

But it does not feel like that

Have you ever felt when you look at these people

These people that think they know you

These people that think they have you figured out 

The people around 

The people that fill the room around

The people that are right in front of you 

But they feel like they are thousand of miles away

They tell you the same thing 

" It will get better"

"You will be okay"

"I am here for you"

"You can trust me"

Words 

The same words over and over again

The room gets bigger 

There are more people 

Have you seen how it works 

The people 

They fill the room

I let them fill the room 

I don't need all these people

But I can't let them go 

Why others ask 

Why I ask myself 

I didn't know before 

Now I do 

I need them

I need them to fill the room

The room I dont want to be alone in

The room where my demons are 

The room that my demons run wild 

The room that I see myself falling apart in

These people 

These people that think they know me

Did they know about this 

Did they know about the room they filling in for me

Did they know that this is where 

I kill myself every night 

I drown myself in my thoughts 

I need them 

I need these people 

I let them in this room 

You let them fill the room
