In honor of our military men, past and present who sacrificed their lives, time and effort to protecting our country, and our freedoms.

To the honored men:
In our eyes you are brave
In our eyes you deserve more
Then one day of the year

To the uniformed men:
I hope for your safety
And I pray you see grace
As you step into war

To the Veterans:
I hope you always know
You fought bravely for our country
This I honor and respect

To all the women serving:
You are not overlooked
I appreciate your service
And I hope for your return

To the ones who have passed on:
I hope you know you are missed
Because you fought to free us
This country is blessed

To all the unknown soldiers:
I wish I could thank you by name
But I can't so I'll just say
I live to love you today

To all the men and women
Who fought to save our lives
I hope you see your children born
And I hope for you eternal life

For all the people who have served and lived
I am glad you made it out alright
I pity the people who don't say thanks
