River Swallows

some people have demons they won't outrun

and skepticism is a skill purchased over time

used careful

as if a life depended

upon a very simple raft

down an extremely violent river

in which this great deadly waterfall is waiting,

for all of us,

...and then, it just ends, as we all saw it coming...

so

at least we know that much

eventually,

that all of this, it just kinda, ends

indifferent always to making sense

I have been listening to Krishnamurti. Delving into the limitaions of thought. Your last stanza encapsulates that none of it matters - but still we get caught up in the spiral of thought in our own minds - it's actually nuts how we put ourselves through our own persecution ...

living life, like just glidng through it, allowing everything, all of the emotions just to slide as we glide is definitely an art wort perfecting me thinks.
