The Brother and Sister who Lost their Mom

The Brother and Sister who Lost their Mom

A Poem by Gregory Stires
"

this poems is about me and my sister losing our mom.

"
A boy of creativity and love for
Literature,

A wild and joyful sister whose
5 years Younger than her creative brother,

The siblings who lost their mother to The plague,

The sister was heart broken but not
As much as her big brother who

Took years to heal his broken soul,

Their father whose wasn't there for their mother as she died,

Every year the two children drop Beautiful
Red roses into a clear blue lake,

The brother vowed to
Never make friends after
Moving to their
Grandmas,

But soon over the years
He forgot that
Vow and made friends with
A girl with short burgundy hair and Pale skin and a
Girl with a light mocha colored skin Who would always be by her friends,

The stubborn little sister who would Play outside with a friend,

And her smart big brother who stayed Inside to read or write stories
He created,

Will always remember there
Beautiful mother would be there
With them in their hearts,

This is me the big brother and my Sweet devious little sister.

a write filled with so many emotions
like how you refer to yourself ...yes you are creative
the last line throws me a bit...but that is just me
I never stayed in to write and read...I found a no body around spot..in nature
I am truly sorry for your loss...not that that helps but I am
thank you for sharing
