Desolate Existance

Desolate Existance

A Poem by Sarah Jean
"

Written in one of my 'down' stages no doubt.

"
I exist in the limbo of a sad and inevitable stalemate,
a promise unfulfilled,
a wanderer with a purpose unknown,
a history untold,
a future predisposed.

I love how strong the impact of this song is on the reader! The composition really fits the shortness of the poem.

Thank you! I'm really glad you think so :)
Short and powerful, I love the careful craft you have. You captured precisely the finality in the moment. No light, no rays of salvation, a dark place for sure. Very well done!

Thank you very much, I appreciate your feedback and I'm glad you thought so :)
Not a place or situation anyone wants to end up in.
You captured very well with your words and description how it is when the joy of life
fades..when there is no hope. Powerful poem and very well done!!
