Spark

Spark

A Poem by the in between
"

randomness

"

I slap power on my cheeks,

Nirvana massages my heart strings,

inhale sweat underneath my armpits

then feel warm protected blankets.

They are

arms folding over me and never leaving me.

I am

small framed walking close by

belonging, dependent

no doubt, no regret, no looking back

no isolation and discrimination

no spiteful angry words

no fear

enjoying being

looking at the clear baby blue sky

wondering further

feeling with every fiber

wanting more

believing wholeheartedly

in everything including me

Love does exist.

Nice memories and thoughts in the poem. I like the flow of thoughts and the positive ending. Many statements stood out in the poem.

You're right about that grammar lol J/k
There's a certain self acceptance in this poem; kinda zen- I like that.
Enjoyed the word usage, especially in the first few lines.
