this here is to my baby cousin,

born but not breathing,

as the mother was giving birth,

the cord wrapped around the neck,

it had tighten so fast,

the doctors had five minutes,

by the time they got her out,

she was very pale,

almost blue.

it was unfair,

why did you have to go,

before you got the change,

to open your eyes, 

i wish i could have seen you,

i wish it didn't happen,

but now your a beautiful angel,

so spread your wings and fly away.

I can only tell you I have tears now. For the baby who was choked at birth and to the fact that I can relate I was tried to be murdered while raped with choking. She's flying with the angels now and there are times I didn't surivive my choking, and I never would have to remember. May she fly so high. You are expressive and your words gave me chills. Love it so much,.

sometimes it seems they can't do their jobs, i was born not breathing but lived, and often wished i hadn't. one wonders at the lives of those who remain while those not given the chance must watch from above, are they jealous? or sympathetic?
