Jack, I love the way you write for things, issues that matter..
"In our hearts, I know we can agree", yes we all do.. we all want to live free, in our own ways.. Here in India, where I live, I can relate to these things so easily.. i too wish, we lived in a world where people are not judged by the petty racism, and all other sort of stuff which divide people into higher and lower sects.. after all we all are humans, and as you say, "a smile’s the same on all of our faces"..
good job man.. :)

Haha, Sasha the tone you picked up on was definitely intentional :) since a world in which there was peace and harmony between all people is the ultimate goal of humans.....at least I strongly think it should be!
This is lovely. It's come a long way since I first saw it. The sentiment, of course, is one I can appreciate. It had an almost "Why can't you people just see how right this is?" tone which is good because it damn well should've. :P The first stanza is my favorite. It sums everything up wonderfully and has a nice rhyme to it.
Brilliant and smart. It is spirit in the word form. I really liked reading it not only because it is upbeat but it keeps the light on and rekindles the flame of all of our hopes. cheer and thanks for sharing this.
I live in the U.S.A. I began writing my Sophomore year of high school. I love writing, drawing, and playing music with anyone who can hold a beat. I am motivated by the feeling, although elusive, when.. more..
