Private Waves

Private Waves

A Poem by lovejulez03

There was an eloquence about her.
There was something ambiguous about her passion and endeavor

There was something harmonic about the fervency she held...
beneath the apathy and the coolness ...beyond the pain and the despise.

She moved as if the wind carried her spirit.

And when she thought nobody was looking, she danced as if she had no scars
She laughed as if she had never lost.

...tempered solace
In the midst of chaotic resolve...

She sang as if she had never cried
And she smiled as if she had never watched anything die.

...within the thoughts of angst
She battled her life filled with angels and demons.

And when she thought nobody was looking ....
She lit up the night with dreams and ingenuity.

Nothing sloppy about this, it is a wonderful little slice of art.
You wrote of the subject tenderly, perfectly.
Lovely work
