Behind my smile,

is a hurting heart.

Look closely at me

Oh my gosh. I love this one! I love the emotion you put into it. Especially scince sometimes I feel just like this. I'm trying harder now to be myself, hence joining Writer's Cafe, but sometimes that is really hard. You may want to work on capitalization, but leaving as is gives it a rougher feeling.
